Gulf Power said it expects to restore 95 percent of the electricity in the province of Escambia by midnight.
The company said all electricity has been restored in Santa Rosa County. The same goes for Okaloosa and Walton counties.
As of 8 a.m., a Gulf Power outage map shows 7,680 customers in Escambia county are still without power after Hurricane Sally. Electricity has been restored to 145,270 in the county since the storm struck last week.
