Police are investigating the death of a pedestrian in a collision-on-run accident in Maplewood, Minnesota.
According to police, at around 8:30 p.m., officers responded to the crash of 1,200 blocks from Lakewood Drive North. When they arrived, the authorities found pedestrians on the way and began to provide assistance. However, the victim’s death was announced at the scene.
The suspected vehicle ran away from the scene, and it was likely that it sustained severe damage to the front end
A witness reported that a second car driven by a man who may have witnessed the accident stopped briefly and then left. The witness’s car was described as a black car.
