Authorities say a pregnant woman is in critical condition after she was shot in the neck late in Kensington.
According to police, gunfire rang out in 1900 from East Somerset Street at around 10 p.m.
The officers patrolling nearby reportedly heard several gunshots and responded quickly to the scene. Police took the victim, a 28-year-old woman, to Temple Hospital where she was listed in critical condition.
Police say the officers who responded arrested the two suspects and then a witness positively identified them. Investigators reported that 8 separate rifle casings were found at the scene.
