A 13-year-old girl has been taken to a hospital in Nashville after her mother was found “physically incapacitated” in the bed of a 27-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting her, according to an arrest warrant.
Metro Police have arrested Jackson Hernandez Gomez for sexually beating a physically incapacitated person.
State police, obtained by News 2, responded Wednesday morning to a church in southern Nashville for “raping a 13-year-old [girl] and a 27-year-old [suspect].” The police report did not specify the relationship between the church and the crime.
When the officers arrived, the victim was transferred to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital “due to possible drug overdose,” according to the warrant.
The child’s mother told the police that she entered Hernandez-Gomez’s room and found her 13-year-old daughter lying on the suspect’s bed, “not moving with white foam coming out of her mouth, making her physically incapacitated,” the police report said.
The arrest warrant alleges that Hernandez-Gomez told investigators that the child “came home drunk and producing drugs” and entered his room, then “lay down on his bed” and indicated that she “wanted to have sex”. The report stated that the suspect confessed to touching the girl in a sexual manner
