A man from the Pasco area is behind bars after two alleged victims of sexual assault, including rape, came forward.
Sergio Timo Osorio, 43, has been detained in Franklin County Jail on suspicion of molesting a -2 child, rape of a -2-child, and sexual assault-4.
Pascoe police say one of the 13-year-old victims has come forward with the alleged abuse.
Claims to have been harassed at some point in 2020.
Another victim has come forward since then claiming that she was raped by Osorio 12 years ago when she was 16.
Authorities say both victims are related to Osorio.
