Florida Highway Patrol says two motorcyclists were killed after a four-wheel drive pulled out in front of them on State Road 10 in Walton County.
The accident occurred near Walden Road.
According to a report, motorcyclists were riding side to side west on state road when the 4×4 driver attempted to drive eastward turning left on Walden Road.
The SUV driver violated the right of way for two motorcyclists causing them to collide with the driver’s side of the SUV, according to FHP reports.
The two motorcyclists, identified as a 54-year-old man from DeFuniak Springs and a 25-year-old man from Navarra, were announced at the scene.
The SUV driver, whom FHP identifies as a 50-year-old man from Fort Walton Beach, sustained minor injuries.
The soldiers add charges pending further investigation.
