82 people tested positive for the flu on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship returning to Baltimore.

According to cruise line officials, on the February 8-20 voyage from Grandeur of the Seas, medical staff reported to the CDC that dozens of guests and crew were suffering from a flu-like illness or had tested positive for influenza A or B and had been placed in isolation.

None of the 82 patients met CDC criteria as a person under investigation for the CDC.

Officials say the CDC has not ordered coronavirus tests for any of the cases. None of the patients passed through the areas of influence, or were exposed to anyone in the areas of influence, within two weeks of the onset of symptoms.
