A small plane bound for Millington has crashed near Jackson, Tennessee.
A spokesman for the Madison County Police Department confirmed the pilot was killed.
According to the Federal Aviation Administration, a Beechcraft A36 Bonanza with one person on board departed from Dickson Municipal Airport in Dickson, Tennessee, and headed for Charles W. Baker Airport in Millington, Tennessee.
