Pensacola, Fl
Pinsacon partners with St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church to help feed needy children attending O.J. SMS Elementary School.
, Pensacon has begun granting passes for its 2021 event, which is scheduled to take place February 26-28 in downtown Pensacola, to donors for the weekend backpacking food program in St. Christopher.
The agreement will award a pair of VIP Experience Passes to a single donor in September, and a pair of Weekend Passes to be passed on to a single donor per month starting in October and continuing through February.
The Weekend Backpack Food Program provides food to more than 75 students in need each week. , Students get a backpack full of food to bring over the weekend. Backpacks are returned on Mondays and repacked during the week, to be re-issued every Friday. All cash and food donations go directly to feeding the children.
A donation of $ 135 could fill one child’s backpack for nine months – the entire school year. Everyone who donates any amount of food or money each month will be entered into the monthly draws. An assembly table will be set up at the church, 3200 N. 12th Ave, on the Memorial Garden courtyard (front, right) during normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Additionally, a fund is set up behind the church seven days a week.

Checks of any amount may be sent to St. Christopher, noting that the donation is intended for Weekend Food for Kids.
