A missing American couple found dead in a well in northern Mexico

Authorities in northern Mexico said they had identified bodies found in two missing tourists from the United States.

The Baja California State Attorney’s Office said in a statement that the victims were identified as retired Ian Hirshson and Cathy Harvey.

Their disappearance was reported to the authorities on September 2.

The couple was from San Diego,

Meanwhile, at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula, the Baja California Sur State Attorney’s Office said the body of 65-year-old Craig Harrison was found on the beach in Cabo Pulmo on Saturday night.

The autopsy concluded that he was stabbed in the chest before ending up in the ocean.
