Police are investigating an injury and an escape that led to the death of a person at Pompano Beach.
The accident occurred near Southeast Fifth Court and Southside First Road, just before six o’clock.
According to eyewitnesses, the victim collided with several cars along Cypress Street and the Fifth Court.
Only one driver remained at the scene.
The police did not recognize the victim.
