At least one person was killed after a pickup truck collided with a trailer this morning.
The California Highway Patrol said officers were dispatched to Herring Road and Old River Road area at around 6:11 a.m. after receiving reports of a collision in the area. Officers found that the truck was on fire and the driver was suspended inside.
It is not known at this time whether anyone else was killed or injured in the accident. This story will be updated as more information becomes available.
