Zion police said that a man was killed after being shot from a speeding car, wounding three others, including an eight-year-old child.
Zion Police Chief, Kirk Henderson, said in a statement that the police responded to a report of “gunfire” shortly before 1am at Block 2300 of Juba Street.
“The preliminary investigation indicates that a newer model, a dark-colored SUV, occupied by at least three people was driving it,” Henderson said in a statement. “Both front and back seat passengers shot the adult victims while standing outside the house.
