A man was shot dead outside a house party in Arcadia. The shooting occurred at 8:40 pm. Outside of a house in Building 2800 of Caroline Road, according to the Los Angeles County Police Department. The sheriff department said the victim was injured several times after an altercation. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital, where he died. His name has not been revealed.
One person has been arrested at the scene, according to Arcadia Police Lt. Colin Seidlo.
Cidlo told reporters that about 25 people were attending the party in a house that appeared to be rented.
“It looked like a rent,” Cieadlo said.
Sheriff’s investigators are assisting Arcadia Police with the investigation.
There have been several shootings at house parties across Los Angeles County in recent weeks.
