Police say a 20-year-old was shot in the head while driving in the East Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia.
It happened in the 6000 neighborhood of East Wester Street after 9 pm.
Police say the victim was shot in the head. She was transferred to Einstein Hospital and is currently in critical condition.
Its passenger was also shot and found in stable condition.
No arrests were made.
