A motorcycle crash occurred on Southbound Highway 65 near Trinity Lane, killing a Joelton man.
According to Police, 49-year-old Randy Follis Jr. was killed at 12:15 pm. When he lost control of his Yamaha motorcycle and hit a fender. Investigators believe Follis was driving at high speed when he hit a pothole. No other cars were involved in the accident.
Folis was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he died, and there was no evidence of drug or alcohol involvement at the scene.The highway was closed south until around 4 PM. But it has since been reopened to traffic
