Cleveland Police Division is investigating the fatal shooting of a 34-year-old man.
Officers responded to 489H Street 149 to shoot a call around 12:30 pm.
Police say the man who was shot in the head was pronounced dead at the scene.
During the investigation, the police learned that a 19-year-old woman arrived at the hospital with a bullet in the back due to this accident.
The woman told the police that she went with another woman and three men to the 400 block of E. 149th St.
Police say gunfire erupted during the confrontation.
The 19-year-old woman faces charges in connection with the shooting.
Police did not identify the other four suspects.
