Philadelphia Police say the feud ended with the shooting of an 18-year-old woman in Benz Landing. The shooting took place around 2:30 a.m. near the Ferris wheel.
Investigators say the victim was with two friends when three people approached them and they started arguing. They say a woman shot the victim in the left thigh.
It is in stable condition.
The police hope that the surveillance cameras will help them solve this case.
