A 26-year-old man recovers after being shot multiple times in North Philadelphia. The shooting happened at 2800 Block of North 27th Street before 1 p.m.
Police say the 26-year-old victim was shot twice in the hand and once in the thigh.
He was transferred to Temple University and placed in a stable condition.
No arrest was made at this time.
