A person died following a car accident this morning in Memphis.
The accident happened on Outland Road and Raines Road.
According to Memphis Fire officials, a call about the accident came around 2:15 am.
The northbound lanes are closed but are now open again.
According to police, the driver was traveling north on Outland Road when she lost control of the vehicle.
She hit a concrete pole and was pronounced dead at the scene.
