The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash in Wayne County.
It happened shortly before 4 pm. On the US-250 in the town of Franklin.
According to OSHP, a Lincoln who came out of a private lane failed to surrender to a driver in a minivan towing a flatbed trailer.
The truck collided with a Lincoln, causing it to spin several times.
The car rolled across the road and hit a ditch, service column and stop sign.
Lincoln‘s teenage driver was seriously injured in the accident.
She is receiving treatment at Wooster Community Hospital.
The death of the passenger in Lincoln was announced at the scene.
Identified as Robin Vaglia, 55, from Senry Hill, Pennsylvania.
The truck driver was not injured.
The passenger was slightly injured.
Investigators say alcohol was not a factor and both drivers were wearing seat belts.
