The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a crash in Eaton Township, Lorraine County.
It happened before 7:30 pm on State Road 57, south of State Road 82.
According to a press release, a southbound car was heading left into a lane when a motorbike rider tried to pass and hit the left side of the car.
It was known as Gage Carnes, 20.
Alcohol and drugs are not suspected to be a factor.
