The Fourth of July vacation will not be the same as it is in the midst of the Corona Virus pandemic, but families and friends who are still able to gather and celebrate the day may do so.
The spice, hot dog, potato chips and other classics of July 4 supplies will almost be forgotten on vacation. Fortunately, most grocery stores will remain open to help.
Here are the grocery stores that will open on July 4 through the United States, along with two that will not.
Some grocery stores still work under special hours associated with the coronavirus, so be sure to double-check your neighborhood.
Albertson: Albertson opens on July 4 for regular local hours.
Aldi: Aldi will open on July 4, but has special holiday hours for the day. You will need to check your local store.
BJ’s: BJ will remain open on Independence Day.
Costco: All Costco locations are closed on July 4.
Dollar General: Dollar General is open on Independence Day, but check with your local store to find out the potential modified hours.
Giant Foods: Giant stores will open on July 4th, but check your local location for potential modified hours.
Harris Teater: Most Harris Teater sites will open for normal business hours.
Kruger: Most stores will open on Independence Day for regular hours, but specific locations will run from 6 AM until 1 PM
Publix: Publix sites open regular business hours on July 4 from 7 in the morning until 9 in the evening.
Sam Club: Sam Club sites will open from 9 am to 6 pm. On the fourth of July.
Stop & Shop: Stop & Shop will open for regular hours on July 4 from 6 AM to 7:30 PM.
Objective: The targeted locations are open on Independence Day in 2020. Store hours will depend on your neighborhood.
