US President Donald Trump is looking to prosecute his niece Mary after she announced plans to publish notes on the president’s family, according to the British Daily Mail.
Mary Trump, 55, will release a book called: “How Did My Family Create the World’s Most Dangerous Men?” On July 28, according to Simon & Schuster, the American book printing company.
Her uncle Donald is now looking into legal proceedings amid reports that she signed an agreement not to divulge information in 2001 that prevents her from speaking about their relationship, according to the newspaper The Daily Beast.
The book marks the first time that a member of the Trump family has published unpleasant stories about the former real estate tycoon and reality TV star.
Mary is the daughter of Fred Trump Jr., the president’s older brother who died in 1981 at the age of 42 due to complications from alcoholism.
The 240-page book will show details of the events she witnessed as a child while spending time in her grandparents’ house in Queens, New York, where her uncle and four siblings grew up.
“She describes a nightmare of trauma, devastating relationships, and a tragic combination of neglect and abuse,” Simon and Schuster said in a discussion about the book.
