A Walt Disney company executive said on Wednesday that the company hopes to resume work at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida on July 11.
Jim McVeigh, Vice President of Operations at Walt Disney World Resort, discussed plans to start the gradual opening of the sectors of the Magic Kingdom and the Animal Kingdom in the theme parks in a virtual meeting with the committee in charge of the economic recovery case in the state’s Orange County.
The company closed its theme parks around the world from January to help stem the outbreak of the new Corona virus.
