New York State Governor Andrew Como said he would allow independent pharmacists to collect samples for detection of the emerging corona virus and expand antibody detection, beginning with frontline response teams and key personnel.
Como also said that the number of hospital patients across the state had fallen to the same level it was 21 days ago, in the latest sign of the start of the recession.
