A 99-year-old veteran has become a celebrity after collecting at least 8.5 million pounds of $ 10.7 million for Britain’s National Health Service by walking in his garden during the Corona virus crisis.
Captain Tom Moore, a retired army officer who has used a walking aid since he broke his thigh, has set a goal of walking 25 meters around his garden 100 times before his 100th birthday this month.
